PST stands for "Personal Storage Table", a filename extension used by Microsoft Office Outlook. Step 1: Download and install the demo version of Repair Outlook (PST) software and launch it using desktop Icon or from Start Menu. Welcome window appears as shown in figure 1.

Step 2: Search for the PST file to be repaired by using the "Find PST File", "Open PST File" or "Select Outlook Profile" options as shown in Figure 1, and select the pst file as shown in Figure 2 and click on "Next" to proceed further.

Step 3: After selecting PST file a window appears with two scanning options as shown in figure 3. Select the scan method and the destination folder where you want to save the repaired pst file. Once you have selected the scanning option click on "Repair" button.

Step 4: As soon as you click on "Repair" button software scans the selected PST file and displays the list of repaired items in Outlook Styled browser view as shown in figure 4.
